Cancelling or rearranging
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Notice is measured from your scheduled appointment time.

Late cancellations and missed appointments
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged. If you do not attend your appointment, you may be charged the full treatment price.
Any charge will reflect the circumstances and the practice's reasonable loss, taking account of costs saved and whether the appointment can be filled. These charges do not override your statutory rights.
If an emergency affects your attendance, contact Kehinde as soon as you can so the circumstances can be considered.
Recovery Plan appointments
For Recovery Plans, a late cancellation or missed appointment may deduct that session from your remaining sessions, subject to the same fairness and statutory rights safeguards above.
Focus Recovery Plans are valid for 12 weeks from purchase. Signature and Extended Recovery Plans are valid for 8 weeks from purchase. Please arrange your sessions within the applicable validity period.
Recovery Plan refunds and transfers
Recovery Plans are paid upfront and cannot be transferred to another person. Plans are non refundable once the first session has been used, subject to your statutory cancellation and refund rights.
Contact Kehinde about cancelling a plan before the first session or about any refund request. Any amount retained must be fair and reflect a loss the practice can reasonably justify. The plan policy does not remove a refund or remedy you are entitled to by law.
If the practice cancels
If the practice cannot provide your appointment, Kehinde will contact you to discuss rearranging it or refunding the affected service. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for an appointment cancelled by the practice.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not exclude any statutory cancellation rights, including any cooling off period that applies to your booking, or remedies where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. These rights take priority over a cancellation charge, session deduction or plan refund restriction.
Cancelling an appointment and processing a payment refund are separate actions. Contact Kehinde to confirm how your cancellation and any refund will be handled.
